The good news: I have lost 20 lbs (approx. 9kg) from June until now (from 168lbs to 148lbs/76kg to 67kg when I weighed myself this morning)
The bad news: my pants don't fit right anymore ;____; although in a good way XDD Instead of finding them harder to pull on and sit down in for once they're slipping off, especially when I'm walking. Pulling up pants while walking with groceries in hand is a tricky task *nod*
Now back to your usual programming everyone~
[EDIT]: Zombie Loan is a damn good anime, haven't watched something that's kept me waiting so impatiently for the next episode for awhile. I am so thankful the main girl character isn't an annoying little thing that makes me want to smash my monitor everytime she appears, that would've ruined the whole show like how Relena ruined Gundam Wing >____< For some reason I don't even mind imagining her (the main girl) with either Chika or Shito (the two main male leads)...though I'll admit I prefer they go with each other and she goes with Yomi for some girl/girl action, hehe.

HIIIIIIIIIII~!!!!!!!!!!!! It certainly HAS been ages!!
I'm actually super surprised I managed to lose so much, since I didn't really do anything particular. Everyday (ok not EVERYday lol, let's say at least 4 or 5 days a week) I would put on an anime and while watching I would lift this little dumbell that I bought (it's a 7 lbs one) taking turns with each arm until I feel the muscles in my arm getting quite tired. I'd do that for about 20 minutes and then do around 7 minutes of sit-ups (boy those things are hard to do >___<), and then I'd go back to lifting the dumbell for another 10 or so minutes. So about a 1 hour exercise routine I guess? Generally by the time I'm done I end up just flopping on the bed sweating quite a bit (especially after those sit-ups).
It's not that bad since I just watch anime while I'm doing it XDD Just...not something that'd make me burst out laughing cuz then my muscles would relax and I'd drop my dumbell (had a few close-calls that way XD). Oh and of course the usual stuff about not eating too much, more healthy, blah blah, I'm sure you've heard all that stuff. I just think about after losing the weight and getting to eat it again without the worry of not being able to fit into my pants the next morning ^^;;
It is slow and kinda a pain in the behind process though >___< I want to go down to between 110lbs to 120lbs, so now I'm like, well great, I lost 20, just...like, 30 more to go ;____; Oh and that rumour about it being bad to eat just before bad? Way true, omg, sooooo true, at least for me I found, taking a nap right after lunch or dinner's such a bad idea >___< Which sucks cuz after a meal I feel so sleepy ~_____~
But just keep at it!! You can do it, I was so surprised to find I could do it too, I've been trying to lose weight for years and I don't remember even once stepping on the scale and seeing it go down instead of up, but this summer, whoo!
The anime's really good I found, it's got quite a good mix of action, comedy and those fun little hints at naughty stuff lol, oh and some angst too, can't have a good story without some angst. I can't wait for the next episode :D

I SHALL TAKE YOUR ADVICE~~~~ That bit about anime is intriguing~~ And something I haven't seen before. =D If anything is able to keep me in one place... It'll be anime~ ^^v
