05:33 pm - The mystery of essay writing
Due date:  Tomorrow (Monday)
Pages needed: 5
Pages done: 4
Started at: Yesterday noon

So...I know just about everyone does this, the whole, write a sentence, take a 5 hr break thing...if I can just get my mind to settle down for say 2 hrs straight and type, then I'd be done this thing a loooooooooong time ago.  It pisses me off that after one sentence my hand itches to reach for the mouse and click on the firefox tab to check lj or the WMP tab to watch some anime/musical/whatever.  This is ridiculous, why why why can't I just sit still for even one freaking hour and just TYPE AN ESSAY?!?!  It's not like it's a particularly hard essay, it's not that I don't understand the article, it's not that long, and it's not so boring that it makes me want to bash my head against the nearest hard surface, so whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

[EDIT]: On the other hand, this dictate thing is funny lol, although the computer keeps messing up the words I say to it, it's still fun to watch it type as I talk XDD

Taihen deusne. Gambatte kudasai!

I totally understand about non-difficult essays being difficult to write. It's so easy that you just think... why the hell am I doing this? And forcing yourself to write is such a pain. As soon as essays come up, I always can find something more interesting to do!

Anou... I also condone the use of such perscription drugs, drugs, any other mind-altering subtances, such as Xanax, to complete essays or anything!

Xanax belongs to the benzodiazepine family and is addictive. It's primarily used to treat anxiety and panic disorders and has a myriad of side-effects. It's not recommended to people younger than eighteen and is not prescribed for more than eight months of use. And, even if it is prescribed, you're looking at amounts as small as 0.25mg to only 1.5mg being given out in a single dose.

I can't understand those who feel the need to take such things in order to be able to write something or complete something. Perhaps better time management skills are needed. Or maybe the person's not cut out to handle post-secondary education if such things are needed to be able to think effectively.

Bleh. Sorry. People who take drugs un-nescessarily... for recreational purposes piss me the fuck off. It also irks me that I will stay up all night and do things the right way, the proper way, and get an okay grade for no other reason whan my own laziness/lack of motivation, and then Mr. so-and-so decides they need some chemicals to do that as well... especially if they do better than me. It's called cheating.

Ugh... don't remind me. I still have yet to do that politics assignment and I don't even know if we're supposed to just copy and paste info, recite in new words... so I'm going to do a combo of both. XD;

I have yet to start... =.=
